Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Research Associate, you'll be an integral part of our medical research team in Luton. Your role will involve conducting experiments, analysing data, and supporting the development of new pharmaceuticals that could change lives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex experiments aimed at advancing pharmaceutical research.
  • Analyse data using statistical software and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Work closely with senior scientists to develop new methodologies.
  • Contribute to laboratory management and resource allocation.
  • Mentor interns and new hires on lab protocols and best practices.
  • Liaise with suppliers for laboratory supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or a relevant discipline
  • Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in laboratory settings focused on pharmaceutical research
