Responsibilities

• Create detailed documentation to facilitate understanding between teams.
• Research and analyse data to drive strategic decisions.
• Identify key performance indicators for business processes.
• Participate in software testing and user acceptance testing.
• Help to formulate business strategies based on data and market trends.
• Develop use cases and engage with developers to ensure accurate implementations.
• Participate in project management meetings to provide updates and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT project management

Technical Skills

• Business Process Modelling
• Data Analysis Tools (Excel, SQL)

Languages

• English: Fluent
