Job Description

As a Cooler Service Supervisor, you will lead a skilled team in installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling systems across numerous sectors. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring our systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians in the installation and servicing of cooling systems.
  • Evaluate and refine work schedules to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections for system performance and compliance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Oversee documentation of all service actions and performance metrics.
  • Ensure stock levels of parts and tools are maintained effectively.
  • Educate staff on technical updates and industry standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Work closely with customers to provide high-quality service.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions.
