We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team in Oxford. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

• Compile and analyse financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss financial results.
• Assist in staff training for accounting systems and processes.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Accounting is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
