Job Description

We are currently looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to join our Derry team. In this role, you will oversee the daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving team performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production strategies for optimal performance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to validate compliance with quality standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new production staff.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Coordinate training sessions to upgrade staff skills.
• Ensure effective communication across all levels of the production team.
• Monitor the supply chain for any disruptions and address them proactively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management

Technical Skills

• Production Scheduling
• Machinery Operation

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
