Groundsperson

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsperson to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including parks, sports fields, and golf courses, ensuring their upkeep and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities

• Trim hedges and trees to maintain their shape and health.
• Monitor the health of plants and identify any potential issues.
• Assist with laying down mulch and other gardening materials.
• Participate in seasonal planting and bulb laying.
• Ensure all areas are free from debris and litter.
• Work as part of a team to execute larger landscaping projects.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Landscaping or Gardening is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or gardening is preferred.
