Job Description

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our customer service team in Manchester. Your role will involve ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and leaves a lasting impression. We are seeking a proactive individual who can handle inquiries, resolve issues, and make every customer feel valued.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with empathy and professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for common customer inquiries.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on service enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service roles, with experience in a coordination role being an advantage
