Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of online sales, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop e-commerce promotional strategies that cater to target audiences.
  • Oversee the integration of sales platforms and payment gateways.
  • Utilise A/B testing to refine online marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enhance user experience by addressing customer feedback and issues.
  • Manage social media interactions to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Analyse inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create promotional materials.
  • Report and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's in E-commerce or Business Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce sector
