Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Farmworkers and Labourers to assist in the cultivation and maintenance of our crop fields. The ideal candidates will be involved in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, ensuring the efficient operation of the farm.
Responsibilities
Assist in all stages of crop production from planting to harvesting.
Work with team members to operate and maintain farm machinery safely.
Monitor and apply agricultural chemicals in alignment with safety guidelines.
Inspect the health of crops regularly to prevent pest outbreaks.
Support the irrigation and drainage efforts on the farm.
Participate in the maintenance of farming equipment and tools.
Adhere closely to health and safety protocols at all times.
Keep accurate logs of farming activities and yields.
Help to prepare land for future planting activities.
Requirements
Education
No formal qualifications required
Experience
Experience in operating agricultural machinery is advantageous.
