Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Crop, Grain, or Livestock Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of farming, including crop production and livestock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily farm operations and coordinate the activities of staff.
• Ensure farm activities comply with all health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of farm property and equipment.
• Implement feeding and care protocols for livestock.
• Adjust crop management practices based on environmental conditions.
• Compile reports on farm productivity and profitability.
• Select and purchase seeds, livestock, and other necessary supplies.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for farm workers.
• Maintain a strong relationship with local agricultural authorities.
• Foster a culture of innovation and sustainability on the farm.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Farm Management
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years managing crop or livestock production
