Job Description

As a Billing and Posting Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy by processing receipts and invoices. Your attention to detail will ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and reconciled efficiently, supporting our finance team in achieving its objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support month-end closes and year-end processes.
  • Compile and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Respond to inquiries from the finance team and ensure timely communication.
  • Implement and maintain efficient billing processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analyses.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
