Manufacturing Winder

Job Description

The Manufacturing Winder will play a key role in operating and maintaining winding machines to ensure the smooth production of components. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality, working within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding machines according to prescribed guidelines.
• Inspect and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance.
• Feed materials onto the machine and control the machine parameters.
• Document production data and changes in machine settings.
• Support other production-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and promote workplace safety.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and assist with repairs as required.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, relevant experience is valued.

Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or operating winding machines.

Languages
