Job Description

As a Legal Support Worker (Advocate), you will play a critical role in representing and defending clients in legal proceedings. Your responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, preparing legal documents, and providing essential advice throughout various litigation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing legal issues and developing case strategies.
  • Drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and presenting findings.
  • Representing clients in legal proceedings with professionalism.
  • Preparing detailed case briefs for court submissions.
  • Establishing productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Engaging in settlement discussions and mediations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes.

Requirements

Education
  • LLB or equivalent law degree
  • Post-graduate qualification in law is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in legal advocacy
