Job Description

As a Software Tester at Tech Innovations, you will be an essential part of our quality assurance team. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify bugs, improve processes, and ensure our software products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct audits of testing activities and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Mentor junior testers and provide training in testing methodologies.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to existing testing processes.
• Monitor and document system performance under various conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• SQL Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments: Familiarity with testing across cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of security testing: Understanding of security testing practices and tools.
