Job Description

As a Clinical Trials Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical trials from inception to completion. You will ensure that trials are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality. Your expertise in project management and clinical operations will drive the success of our trials.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise clinical trial operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with investigators to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.
  • Review and analyze trial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct audits of trial sites to ensure compliance with GCP guidelines.
  • Prepare for regulatory inspections and ensure readiness for audits.
  • Develop trial management plans and ensure all teams are aligned with objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical trial staff.
  • Evaluate the performance of sites and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between vendors and clinical teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for any clinical trial-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing clinical trials
