Pasteurizing Machine Operator

Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Pasteurizing Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain pasteurization machines, ensuring the effective processing of food products in line with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate pasteurization machines according to production needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature and flow rates.
• Document all production processes accurately.
• Ensure that all food safety regulations and practices are strictly followed.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Participate in safety training sessions to enhance workplace safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Pasteurizing Machine Operator or similar role in the food industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

Languages
