Job Description

We are seeking skilled Prepress Technicians and Workers who will be responsible for preparing and managing the electrotyping processes. Your keen attention to detail and experience with metal coating will help to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrotyping projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on electrotyping techniques.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to interpret artwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all operations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Participate in continuous professional development and skills training.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further qualifications or courses in electrotyping are a plus

Experience

• 3 years of hands-on experience in electrotyping or related roles.

Technical Skills

• Electrotyping techniques
• Equipment maintenance

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Attention to safety

Certifications

• Advanced Metalworking Certificate
• Manufacturing Process Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
