Job Description

As a Finance Compliance Officer in Dundee, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance activities, monitoring internal controls, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to ensure the organization's adherence to applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the execution of compliance audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Develop and conduct compliance training sessions for staff at all levels.

• Maintain accurate documentation of compliance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Consideration for Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration

Experience

• Experience in finance compliance or risk management preferred
