Responsibilities

• Successfully operate sewing machines to produce high-quality garments.
• Inspect neckties for defects before and after production.
• Ensure that the production area complies with cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively within the production team to achieve output goals.
• Provide feedback to the Production Manager regarding production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment
