Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business strategies and decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyse complex data sets, ensuring data-driven strategy is in line with organizational goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools and software to execute queries and produce reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
  • Participate in project teams to define project goals and strategy based on data insights.
  • Engage stakeholders in discussions around data definitions and metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
