Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee our healthcare operations in Newcastle. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our healthcare teams in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to enhance patient services and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Implement technology solutions to improve record-keeping and patient management.
  • Evaluate and optimise patient flow within the facility.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by presenting operational data.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Assist in recruitment and training for administrative positions.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a similar field
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare administration experience
