Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health regulations, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage operational aspects of the nursing home to ensure smooth running.
  • Ensure that care delivery meets the highest quality standards.
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of care and respect.
  • Facilitate communication between families, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure ideal conditions are maintained.
  • Ensure effective financial management of the nursing home.
  • Promote health and safety standards within the facility.
  • Encourage and implement resident feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop partnerships with local healthcare providers for supportive services.
  • Plan and oversee resident activities to ensure engagement and interaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or nursing environment.
