Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Specialist to oversee and enhance project management controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, using established methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective project controls for monitoring project execution.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance project reporting.
• Evaluate project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Execute risk management plans to mitigate project threats.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for project improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on project controls.
• Utilise project management software for tracking and reporting.
• Liaise with finance to ensure financial compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or relevant discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in complex project environments
