Hookman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hookman to join our team. The Hookman will be responsible for performing various hooking duties in a safe and efficient manner to support our operations. You will work closely with event teams to ensure successful setups and take-downs.

Responsibilities

• Support the event team in executing setups and take-downs efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with hooking operations during events.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment as necessary.
• Engage with vendors and rental teams to coordinate logistics.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and event stakeholders.
• Participate in safety training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide input on improving processes.
• Maintain records of equipment usage and report any discrepancies.
• Promote a culture of safety and respect within the team.
• Ensure prompt communication with management regarding project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Health and safety certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in the event management industry is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
