Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team in Bristol. In this role, you'll interact with customers daily, helping to elevate their shopping journeys while meeting sales targets. If you have a passion for retail and a knack for building relationships, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in locating products.
• Provide information on current sales and promotions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Prepare merchandise displays and maintain cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to aid customer inquiries.
• Support training of new staff as needed.
• Assist in creating engaging displays that drive sales.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and encourage collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience is an asset

Languages

• English: Fluent
