As a Clinical Operations Lead, you will drive the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations and adherence to timelines. You will lead a team of clinical professionals, overseeing site management and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational planning and execution of clinical trials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to good clinical practices (GCP).
• Cultivate partnerships with external vendors and site staff.
• Evaluate and resolve trial-related issues proactively.
• Develop study timelines and manage resource allocation.
• Facilitate site initiation and monitoring visits.
• Report on trial performance metrics and ensure actions are taken.
• Oversee data integrity and address site queries efficiently.
• Provide leadership during audits and inspections.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field
• PhD in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in clinical trials management
