Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate IT Support Technician who can deliver exceptional service and technical support to our staff at Tech Innovations Inc. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical queries, resolving hardware and software challenges, and supporting our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user support requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
  • Assist with setting up new user accounts and profiles.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in helpdesk software.
  • Assist with system backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Participate in IT projects, providing necessary technical support.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts, helping users understand security policies.
  • Compile reports on support requests and service levels.
  • Help maintain an updated knowledge base and IT documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred
  • Other relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in an IT support role
