We are on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, helping drive strategic decisions across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop reporting tools that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and compiling data from various sources for analysis.
• Preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
• Maintaining documentation and data dictionaries.
• Investigating data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Advising on data governance and best practices.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Utilising programming languages to automate data processing tasks.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Data Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis including experience with business intelligence tools
