We are seeking a skilled Lobsterman to join our team. As a Lobsterman, you will be responsible for catching lobsters, maintaining fishing equipment, and ensuring the safety and productivity of fishing operations.

Responsibilities

• Catch lobsters and monitor local lobster populations.
• Handle, store, and transport lobsters to maintain quality.
• Maintain records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Support team members in ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Train new crew members on fishing techniques and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Boat Handling and Navigation Certificate

Experience

• Minimum 2 years working as a Lobsterman or in a similar role.

• GPS and Navigation Tools
