Weed Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Weed Control Inspector to oversee and manage weed control activities within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing appropriate weed control measures to maintain a weed-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify weed species and recommend appropriate control methods.
• Conduct field assessments to determine effective treatments.
• Educate clients on the benefits of integrated weed management.
• Assess risks and develop emergency response strategies.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding weed control regulations.
• Develop long-term management plans for client sites.
• Ensure safe handling and application of chemicals.
• Report on project progress and outcomes to management.

Requirements

Education

• A degree in environmental science or related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in weed control or environmental management.

Technical Skills

• Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

Certifications

• Professional certification in weed control

Languages

• English: Fluent
