Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scow Captain to oversee the safe navigation and operation of our scows. This role involves managing the crew, planning journeys, and maintaining compliance with maritime regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead the safe navigation of scows, adhering to all maritime laws.
Supervise daily operations while ensuring crew health and safety.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Conduct safety checks and keep records for compliance.
Provide excellent customer services to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly workspace on the scow.
Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
Foster a positive working environment for crew members.
Requirements
Education
Valid Scow Captain's license
STCW certification
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scow Captain.
