Happy Paws Grooming is seeking a skilled Pet Groomer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You will work directly with pet owners to ensure their grooming needs are met while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough grooming services including brushing, bathing, and styling.
• Keep accurate records of services provided to each pet.
• Educate pet owners on proper grooming care at home.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training opportunities to advance grooming skills.
• Address any issues or concerns from pet owners promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pet grooming certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in pet grooming

Technical Skills

• Pet grooming techniques
• Animal handling

Certifications

• Pet First Aid Certification
• Grooming Academy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
