Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine insulation needs.
• Collaborate closely with project management for timely project completion.
• Provide guidance to junior insulation workers and new hires.
• Carry out site maintenance and cleaning duties as required.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Mechanical Insulation or trade-related field

Experience

• Preferred 3+ years of experience in insulation applications

Technical Skills

• Pipe Insulation Techniques
• Material Handling

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication

Certifications

• Asbestos Awareness
• Health and Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in commercial projects: Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Forklift certification: Certifications for operating forklifts and other machinery.
