Job Description
As a Medical Records Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and security of patient records. This role involves collecting, organizing, and maintaining medical information in line with legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate filing of patient records.
Develop and implement policies for effective medical record keeping.
Retrieve and disseminate medical records to authorized personnel.
Coordinate with departments to ensure completeness of records.
Provide training and support to medical records associates.
