Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Knife Sharpener to join our London-based team. As a Knife Sharpener, you will be responsible for sharpening and maintaining various types of knives used in culinary settings. Your expertise will significantly enhance the cutting performance for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Utilising various sharpening techniques to revive and maintain sharpness.
  • Advising customers on the best practices for knife maintenance.
  • Engaging with clients to enhance their understanding of knife care.
  • Performing regular inspections of sharpening equipment to ensure quality.
  • Training junior staff in knife sharpening techniques and customer service.
  • Participating in workshops to refine skills and introduce innovative sharpening methods.

Requirements

Education
  • No formal qualifications required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional knife sharpener.
