Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engine Assembly Supervisor to oversee our team of skilled assemblers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engines are assembled to meet our high standards of quality and performance. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a safe and productive working environment, while also developing your team and driving continuous improvement within the production process.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly line operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of assembly work for quality assurance.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly team.
• Provide feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive production environment, including supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Engine Assembly Techniques
