Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Screwmaker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining automatic screw machines to produce high-quality screws efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Configure automatic screw machines for efficiency.
• Perform ongoing adjustments based on production needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of machine parts.
• Document machine performance metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of automatic screw machines
• Basic computer literacy

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Ability to work under pressure

Certifications

• Machine Maintenance Certification (optional)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional training in machine maintenance: Further training in keeping machines in peak condition.
• Experience with production process optimisation: Skills in enhancing efficiency in production systems.
