Spray Dry Operator

Job Description

As a Spray Dry Operator, you will be pivotal in operating and maintaining spray drying equipment to produce high-quality powders and granules. The successful candidate will ensure that equipment runs smoothly, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire spray drying process from setup to final product.
• Conduct regular inspections of the equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Document all production processes thoroughly and accurately.
• Prepare equipment for operation, including cleaning and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors regarding production issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis on production inconsistencies.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in a related field (preferred)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in spray drying or a related field.
