Job Description

As an Audiovisual Equipment Installer and Repairer, you will be tasked with inspecting, repairing, and maintaining televisions and associated equipment. Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while addressing their technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on various television models.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the industry.
• Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to improve service quality.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and tools.
• Assist in training new staff on repair techniques and customer service.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in electronics is preferred

Experience

• Experience with both CRT and flat-screen televisions is highly desirable.
