Job Description

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues and inquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical problems, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide user support ranging from basic troubleshooting to more complex IT challenges.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including IT setup and training.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance the service experience.
  • Compile regular reports on support trends and user feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
