Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, enjoy problem-solving, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Identify vehicle performance issues through diagnostic tests.
Repair and replace defective parts, including brakes, engines, and electrical systems.
Advise customers on necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the automotive industry.
Attend training sessions and workshops.
Work on additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
Transport vehicles as needed for service checks.
Requirements
Education
Relevant automotive technical qualifications
Higher National Certificate in Automotive Engineering is preferred
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment
