Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, enjoy problem-solving, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify vehicle performance issues through diagnostic tests.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, including brakes, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Advise customers on necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the automotive industry.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops.
  • Work on additional projects as assigned by the service manager.
  • Transport vehicles as needed for service checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant automotive technical qualifications
  • Higher National Certificate in Automotive Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment
