Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Civilian Pay Technician to oversee payroll for our civilian staff. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations, requiring exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise payroll collection and filing procedures.
  • Prepare payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to payroll deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Assist in the review and implementation of payroll software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Advanced payroll qualification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a payroll administration role.
Technical Skills
  • Database Software (e.g. Microsoft Access)
