Truck Rental Dispatcher

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Truck Rental Dispatcher to oversee the scheduling and dispatching of trucks for our rental services. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rental vehicles to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer rental requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Schedule and dispatch rental trucks according to customer requirements and availability.
• Monitor and track the location of rental vehicles using GPS systems.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, contracts, and fleet availability.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to truck dispatch and rental services.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Draft and prepare reports on the dispatch operations.
• Participate in training sessions for new dispatch software and tools.
