Sewing Teacher

Job Description

We are in search of a talented Sewing Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sewing lessons to students of varying skill levels, providing guidance on techniques and fostering their creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design lesson plans that cater to different learning paces and styles.
• Host open sewing days for the community to create awareness about textile arts.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring as needed to support student development.
• Keep the learning space tidy and well-stocked with materials.

Requirements

Education

• Further education qualifications in Fashion or Textiles.

Experience

• Experience in teaching sewing to different age groups is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent
