We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our dynamic team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will assess, evaluate, and underwrite insurance applications while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with insurance applications.
• Engage in negotiation with clients and brokers for terms of coverage.
• Conduct periodic reviews of existing policies for renewal.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss underwriting strategies and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or relevant field
• Professional designations in underwriting are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant underwriting experience
