We are seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Manager to oversee project quality assurance processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and fostering a culture of quality within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
• Perform risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Interact with clients to provide updates on quality standards and improvements.
• Prepare detailed quality reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor the application of quality procedures by all teams involved.
• Coordinate with external quality auditors and inspectors.
• Implement innovative solutions to complex quality-related issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Over 5 years in quality assurance in construction or a similar field
