Job Description

We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our dynamic UX/UI design team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating insights into actionable designs to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct surveys to understand user requirements.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for testing concepts.
• Work closely with product managers to align research with business goals.
• Foster a user-centric culture within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in User Experience or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX research

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• User Experience Research and Design (UERD) Certificate
• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
