Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Soil Testing Specialist in Wigan to conduct soil analyses and contribute to various environmental projects. The successful candidate will have a background in environmental science, ensuring the integrity and quality of our soil testing services.

Responsibilities

• Perform field sampling and laboratory tests on soil samples.
• Analyze test results and compile findings into comprehensive reports.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all testing activities.
• Advise on soil enhancement practices based on analytical data.
• Implement quality control measures for testing procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and soil testing technologies.
• Contribute to public awareness regarding soil health and sustainability.
• Manage the logistics of sampling equipment and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Geology
• Additional certifications in soil science preferred

• Experience in fieldwork and soil assessment
