Job Description

We are seeking a Slot Operations Director to lead our slot operations team. You will manage the overall strategy and execution of all slot operations, ensuring maximum revenue and outstanding customer experience through efficient machine functioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of slot operations.
  • Implement training programmes for staff on the latest gaming technology and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of slot machine performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilise data analysis software to inform decision-making and optimise operations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with gaming suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Innovate promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Liaise with the marketing department to ensure effective advertising of slot offerings.
  • Assess customer feedback to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Foster a team-oriented work environment encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Report on the financial performance of slot operations and recommend operational improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
