Job Description

As a Dental Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting our dental team in providing the best care possible.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the reception area to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and the dental team.
  • Organize and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and maintain communication logs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to improve patient care services.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2+ years of administrative experience within a dental or healthcare environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
